Senior Monitor and Coordinator - Social Compliance

In charge of the monitoring activities of production in the soccer ball industry - carry out field visits and conduct workers’ interviews - make reports on the findings of the workers’ interviews - take part in consultancy services provided to factories - facilitate workshops and training activities - generate business opportunities for LIFT services to extend into Pakistan - report to the head office - accountable for the finance and administration - lead and supervise the local team
Requirements:
Masters degree - at least 2 years working experience in the field of Compliance preferably within the garment sector or sports sector - excellent communication skills, in English and Urdu (written and spoken) fluently, Punjabi (spoken) - very good computer skills - knowledge & experience in Industrial Engineering (Productivity, Data processing, Graphical data presentation) will be advantageously - dedicated and committed character to teamwork and proven capacity to work independently - availability to travel outside Sialkot - diplomatic attitude and - ability to maintain confidentiality and of high ethical standards - potentiality to develop to a Consultant and office representative.
