This is an excellent opportunity for a call centre agent to join a great
company based in Rawalpindi. Please note: you can also apply for this vacancy
if you are not based in Rawalpindi or Islamabad, as there may be an opportunity to work from home.

Agents will be responsible for making outbound calls to companies in the UK,
and answering inbound call from the UK. So the basic requirement for this
position, is that you must be very fluent in English speaking , and have
excellent listening skills and be able to understand UK accent easily.

You must have good customer service skills (although training can be provided),
and be able to deal with customers in a polite, helpful and professional
manner. Customer service skills are preferable in a contact centre environment,
although not essential.

There is significant opportunity for promotion as the company grows.
