Head, Business Risk

Management

Reporting to the MD, The successful candidate will have the overall responsibility for the development and implementation of a detailed business risk management/ internal control framework. He/ she will also advise the Company management and Board on overall corporate governance and best practices in business risk management.

Qualification, Knowledge, Skill and Experience.

Minimum of a second class lower
Division or its equivalent in a financial related discipline and relevant higher institution and relevant professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA,CIMA ETC.) An MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree will be an added advantage.

Minimum of 3 years relevant experience, including five 5 applied experience in business risk management/ internal control function and in-depth understanding of BRIM strategies as it applies to business management in the oil and gas industry.
Managerial/ supervisory experience level should not be less than 2 years.

Good analytical, problem solving leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills as well as appreciation and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools.
Financial Controller

Reporting to the ED, Finance and IT, the successful candidate will be responsible for the articulation and development of finance and IT strategy and ensure alignment with the corporate strategy, business goals and objective, as well as evolve and implement robust cost management strategies to monitor and control organizational cost: He/ She will provide timely, accurate and relevant financial information for strategic decision making and facilities the development and maintenance of processes and producers for analyzing the impact of new products and strategies on the Company’s business plan and budget.

Qualification, Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Minimum of a second class lower division or its equivalent in Accounting or related disciplines from a reputable higher institution, with relevant chartered accounting professional qualifications e.g. ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CPA, etc, with proven accounting/ finance analysis skills. An MBA or other relevant postgraduate degree will be an added advantage.
Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in a similar function of which at least 4 must have been at a strategic management level.
Good knowledge of advanced financial accounting, including international accounting and financial reporting and standards and tax principals (local tax regime/ legislation).
Good knowledge of accounting systems enterprise resource planning application.
Good analytical, communication, leadership and interpersonal skills as well as appreciation and working Knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools.
Head, Technical Operations

Reporting to the ED, Operations, and the successful candidate will be responsible for the articulation and development of relevant strategies for the engineering support, HSE, and technical research and development for the Company. He/ She will manage the Company’s installations and other infrastructure/ equipment to ensure efficient utilization of resources in conformity with acceptable operating standards. He/ She will also champion the utilization of relevant technology to create advantages for the Company.

Qualification, Knowledge, Skills and Experience.

Minimum of a second class lower division or its equivalent in an Engineering discipline from a reputable higher institution with relevant professional qualifications e.g. COREN, etc. An MBA or any other relevant postgraduate degree will be an added advantage.
Minimum of 3 years relevant experience of which at least 4 must have been at a strategic management level.
Relevant experience un the oil and gas industry is required.
Good understanding of the downstream oil and gas sector and relevant leading practices in engineering (design, build and operate) operation and HSE management.
Good project management leadership, interpersonal and communication skills as well as appreciation and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools.
Head, Brand Management

Reporting to the Head, Business Development, the successful candidate will be responsible for the facilitation and articulation of a brand identity and brand management strategy for the Company, in line with the corporate strategy, business goals and objectives. He/ she will also monitor the Company’s brand perception through periodic reviews and ensure consistency in the projection of the Company’s brand image across all spheres of business operations.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Experience.

§ Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a similar function in the downstream oil and gas or related industry (such as large retail operations), of which at least 3 must have been a managerial/ supervisory level.

§ In-depth knowledge and understanding of brand management.

Head, Corporate Service

Head, Human Resources

Head, Security Management

§ Minimum of a University Degree or its equivalent from a reputable higher institution. Officers who retired from the Police Force as Assistant Superintendent of Police or an equivalent level in the Armed Forces are encouraged to apply.

Engineers
